Teacher's Village Video
A mixed use educational opportunity for Newark, New Jersey
Teacher’s Village is a mixed use educational, residential and retail environment to include three charter schools, a private daycare center, 214 units of affordable rental housing marketed to teachers, and 65,000 sf of high quality retail in over 20 different businesses. By investing in the needs and wants of the teachers, the teachers become invested in not just their students, but in their surrounding community as well. KSS architects, hoping to showcase their personal work regarding the innovative project known as ‘Teacher’s Village’, needed a way to show people just how beautiful Newark could be.
Create a promotional video to thoroughly explain the core ideals and goals of Teacher’s Village, it’s local impact, how it would shape Newark, NJ, and it’s community implications.
